Private bookings are made through Square Appointments below. For community walk-up sessions, no reservation is needed — just check the weekly schedule and show up.

1. Create a Square Appointments account (free for solo plans)
2. Set up your services (Community Session, Private Booking)
3. Get your booking page URL from Square dashboard
4. Add NEXT_PUBLIC_SQUARE_BOOKING_URL=your_url to .env.local
Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to hold private bookings. The remainder is due at your session.
Cancellations
Cancel up to 48 hours before your session for a full refund. Late cancellations forfeit the deposit.
