Common questions
Do I need to book in advance for community sessions?
Reservations are recommended so we can hold your spot in rotation — especially on busy days. Walk-ins are welcome when capacity allows. Each rotation fits up to 8 people; arriving a little early helps.
What should I bring?
Bring your own towels, a change of clothes, and water. Bathing suits are required. We provide sauna rocks, towel hooks, and a rinse bucket.
What's it like inside?
A compact cedar cabin — easy to heat through and easy to settle into. We hold around 180–200°F so the steam feels generous and the space stays intimate.
What's your cancellation policy?
Private bookings and events can be cancelled up to 48 hours before your session for a full refund. Community sessions are non-refundable but transferable.
Are there health restrictions?
We recommend consulting your doctor before use if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, or are prone to heat sensitivity. Sauna use is not recommended while under the influence of alcohol.
