Drop in at any scheduled community session and share the sauna with a small group. No reservation required — first come, first served. Sessions rotate every 45 minutes with a 10-minute airing window between groups.

FAQ
Common questions
Do I need to book in advance for community sessions?
No. Community sessions are walk-up — just show up during our scheduled window. Capacity is limited to 4–6 people per rotation, so we recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early.
What should I bring?
A towel, a change of clothes, and water. Bathing suits are required. We provide sauna rocks, towel hooks, and a rinse bucket. Bringing a cold dip vessel (like a cooler with ice) is encouraged for coastal sessions.
Is the sauna wood-fired or propane?
We operate both, depending on location and permit requirements. Wood-fired sessions are available at inland and redwood locations. Propane is used at coastal sites where open flame is restricted. Both reach 180–200°F.
Can I add a cold plunge?
Yes — we offer a portable cold plunge tub as an add-on for private bookings ($30). At coastal locations, the ocean is your cold plunge.
What's your cancellation policy?
Private bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before your session for a full refund. Community sessions are non-refundable but transferable.
Are there health restrictions?
We recommend consulting your doctor before use if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, or are prone to heat sensitivity. Sauna use is not recommended while under the influence of alcohol.
